ASL for Kids App

ASL is a pictorial language, for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. ASL provides the ability to communicate with the world around them. For children who are non-verbal or are visual and kinesthetic learners ASL can enhance their cognitive development such as improving development delays in reading.

Guatamalan Worry Doll

Worry Dolls are specific to South American cultures, and can be used to as a therapeutic project for processing of emotions.

Video Story Time

There are numerous children's books retold via video many of which have the words or ability to have subtitle. For children who are deaf, hard of hearing, or for children who are separated from the caregivers during work hours, having a story book read can provide normalization. Caregivers can even record their own voices to a child's favorite book.
